目的观察紫杉醇联合顺铂和氟脲嘧啶(5-FU)治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床效果。方法 60例中晚期宫颈癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。实验组化疗采用紫杉醇联合顺铂及5-FU,对照组采用顺铂联合5-Fu,疗程结束1个月后观察两组患者的治疗有效率。结果实验组中9例完全缓解,18例部分缓解,治疗有效率为90.00%;对照组4例完全缓解,16例部分缓解,有效率66.67%。两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂及5-FU治疗中晚期宫颈癌的疗效优于顺铂联合5-FU。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of paclitaxel plus cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer. Methods Sixty patients with advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with paclitaxel combined with cisplatin and 5-FU, while the control group was treated with cisplatin combined with 5-Fu. The therapeutic efficiency of the two groups was observed one month after the end of treatment. Results In the experimental group, 9 cases were completely relieved, 18 cases partially relieved, and the effective rate was 90.00%. In the control group, 4 cases were completely relieved and 16 cases partially relieved. The effective rate was 66.67%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The efficacy of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin and 5-FU in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer is better than cisplatin combined with 5-FU.
