致密热解碳层是高温气冷堆包覆燃料颗粒必要的组份,本文介绍了致密热解碳层的功能和要求,研究了热解沉积温度对热解碳密度,沉积效率和沉积速率的影响。制备密度为1.90±0.10g/cm3.致密热解碳层的温度范围是1360~1420℃,根据试验研究所获得的数据进行了工艺设计,实验结果与预期值基本符合。
The dense pyrolytic carbon layer is an essential component of the fuel pellet coated with high temperature gas cooled reactor. This paper introduces the function and requirements of dense pyrolytic carbon layer. The effect of pyrolysis deposition temperature on the carbon density, deposition efficiency and deposition rate influences. The preparation density was 1.90 ± 0.10 g / cm3. The temperature range of dense pyrolytic carbon layer is 1360 ~ 1420 ℃. According to the data obtained from the experimental research, the process design is carried out. The experimental results are basically in line with the expected values.
