医疗纠纷不但破坏正常的医疗秩序,而且还影响着社会的和谐稳定和医学事业的发展。本文从加强医务人员的职业道德教育,加强法治教育,增强法律意识,提高医务人员的整体业务素质等方面,阐述如何更加有效的防范医疗纠纷的发生。
Medical disputes not only undermine the normal medical order, but also affect the social harmony and stability and medical development. This article expounds how to prevent medical disputes more effectively from the aspects of strengthening the professional ethics education of medical personnel, strengthening the education of the rule of law, enhancing the legal awareness and improving the overall professional quality of medical personnel.
