化工容器是根据存放物料的物理及化学性质,以及操作要求来确定它采用何种材料及结构形式的。采用非金材料制成的化工容器,一般比金属材料的阶格低廉,重量轻,成型容易,有的可用半机械化或手工操作完成。贮槽是化学生产中不可缺少的设备,贮槽的形状构造和容积大小必须根据工况条件和材料的性能来设计和制造。硬聚氟乙烯塑料贮槽的形式,一般有卧式,立式、球形三种,就其结构形式可分类如下:
