目的:修订并简化多维工作伦理量表。方法:对617名企业员工、215名大学生和546名农民工施测翻译后的多维工作伦理量表。结果:根据探索性因素分析和题总相关的结果,保留了多维工作伦理量表中的35题,题目在各维度上的负荷值在0.486~0.787之间,题总相关在0.505~0.777之间,在0.01水平上显著;简化后的量表各维度信度以及总体信度在0.540~0.854之间;验证性因素分析显示不同样本的七因素模型的拟合指数良好,各项目对因子的标准化负荷系数在0.11~0.83之间,均达到了显著水平;简化前后量表对应维度之间的相关在0.679~0.949之间(P<0.01)。结论:修订并简化后的中文版多维工作伦理量表具有良好的信效度,适用于中国样本。
Purpose: To revise and simplify multidimensional work ethic scales. Methods: The translated multidimensional work ethic scale was tested on 617 employees, 215 college students and 546 migrant workers. Results: According to the results of exploratory factor analysis and total correlation, the 35 questions in the multidimensional work ethic scale were retained. The load values of the topics in all dimensions ranged from 0.486 to 0.787, and the total correlation was between 0.505 and 0.777 , And significant at 0.01 level. The reliability of each dimension of the simplified scale and the overall reliability were between 0.540 and 0.854. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fitting index of the seven-factor model of different samples was good and the standardization of factors The load factors ranged from 0.11 to 0.83, reaching significant levels. The correlation between the corresponding dimensions of the simplified and before and after scales was between 0.679 and 0.949 (P <0.01). Conclusion: The revised and simplified Chinese multidimensional work ethic scale has good reliability and validity and is suitable for Chinese sample.
