通过在反应气中加入氢气,研究此种气体组成条件下,喷补料抗CO侵蚀能力.同时,探讨一种用混合气体来检测耐火材料抗CO侵蚀能力的标准.结果表明:添加氢气促进了CO对喷补料的侵蚀;在95%CO+5%H2气氛中反应24h与试样在纯CO气氛中反应200h取得相的结果;可以用95%CO+5%H2代替纯CO气氛,进行耐火材料抗CO侵蚀能力的检测.
Through the addition of hydrogen in the reaction gas to study the gas composition of the conditions, the gunning CO anti-corrosion capability.
