目的探讨突发化学中毒事故中应急检测技术的集成和应用。方法介绍突发化学中毒事故应急检测的主要实验室检测技术和现场快速检测仪器设备的作用和优缺点,探讨不同类型突发化学中毒事故相对应的检测技术模块的有效组合。结果不同类型突发化学中毒事故的应急检测应根据实际情况启动相应级别的应急检测平台。结论多种检测技术构建的应急检测技术平台能够适应现代公共卫生应急工作的需求,具有现实意义。
Objective To explore the integration and application of emergency detection technology in sudden chemical poisoning accidents. Methods The main laboratory testing techniques for emergency detection of chemical poisoning accidents and the roles and advantages and disadvantages of rapid testing equipment were introduced. The effective combination of testing modules corresponding to different types of sudden chemical poisoning accidents was discussed. Results Emergency detection of different types of sudden chemical poisoning accidents should start the corresponding level of emergency detection platform according to the actual situation. Conclusion It is of practical significance that emergency detection technology platform constructed by multiple detection technologies can meet the needs of modern public health emergency work.
