近年的实验以及临床研究在帕金森病的保护因素方面有一些新进展 ,新近的研究表明 :PD的发病似乎与氧化应激和自由基的损害、环境毒物造成的代谢障碍、遗传易感性、老化的加速等因素有关。而设想中PD的保护因素 ,无论是抗氧化剂、神经营养因子、基因型的研究、兴奋性氨基酸受体拮抗剂等也都通过阻抑上述可能的病因和发病机制 ,以达到保护神经元 ,从而预防PD的发生或延缓PD的进展。本文就其在遗传、对抗氧化应激和自由基、饮食以及其它方面对帕金森病可能的保护因素的研究作一综述。
