湖北云梦县今年在全县会计、出纳人员中,开展了评“十佳”(十名会计出纳)、树先进的群众创优竞赛活动。“十佳”会计出纳的主要条件是:热爱本职工作,精通业务,严格遵守财政法规和财经纪律,推行科学管理,经常编写财务分析等等。评选方法,采取由下而上逐级选拔推荐,县财政局考核审定。当选为“十佳”会计出纳的,颁发荣誉证书,并作为入党、入团、转干、提干、招聘、晋级,评定职称等方面的重要条件,“十佳”第一名,还上浮一级工资。通过开展评“十佳”活动,全县财会人员的工作和精神面貌发生了很大变化,促进了各项财务管理工作的提高。
