NdAlO3晶体是一种新型的高温超导薄膜和LCMO巨磁阻膜基片材料,具有低的介电常数和介电损耗,与YBCO有良好的晶格匹配。与LaAlO3晶体(~500℃)相比,NdAlO3晶体具有相变温度高(>1500℃)的优点,这样,有利于YBCO薄膜的外延生长。我们采用感应加热提拉法生长NdAlO3晶体。铱坩锅尺寸60×55mm,拉速1~3mm/h,转速10~30r/min,气氛N2,第一次生长采用LaAlO3晶体作为籽晶,<001>方向生长,生长出尺寸达25×60mm的无云层、无气泡、无开裂、质量优良的NdAlO3晶体。
NdAlO3 crystal is a new type of high temperature superconducting thin film and LCMO giant magnetoresistive film substrate material with low dielectric constant and dielectric loss, and YBCO has a good lattice match. Compared with LaAlO3 crystal (~ 500 ℃), NdAlO3 crystal has the advantage of high phase transition temperature (> 1500 ℃), which is in favor of the epitaxial growth of YBCO film. We grow NdAlO3 crystals by induction heating. Iridium crucible size 60 × 55mm, pulling speed of 1 ~ 3mm / h, speed 10 ~ 30r / min, the atmosphere N2, the first growth using LaAlO3 crystal as a seed, <001> growth, grow up to size 25 × 60mm cloudless, no bubbles, no cracking, high quality NdAlO3 crystal.
