本文采用水煮法和醇提法得到大黄、红景天、甘草、绞股蓝、菊花和田七6种中草药的提取液,研究抗氧化物质对油脂的抗氧化能力,并为研究抗衰老药物提供理论依据。试验结果表明:6种中草药均有一定的抗氧化活性,其中大黄和红景天的水提取液和醇提取液的抗氧化活性最好,可以与VC相媲美。同时,本文对抗氧化的机理作了初步分析。 Rhubarb, Rhodiola, Licorice, Gynostemma, Chrysanthemum and Tianqi seven kinds of Chinese herbal medicine extracts were obtained by boiling method and alcohol extraction method to study the anti-oxidation ability of antioxidants on oils and fats and to provide a theoretical basis for the study of anti-aging drugs . The results showed that all the six kinds of Chinese herbal medicines had certain antioxidant activity, and the aqueous extracts and alcohol extracts of rhubarb and Rhodiola rosea had the best antioxidant activity, comparable to that of VC. At the same time, this paper made a preliminary analysis of the mechanism of oxidation.
