本文分别用JEOL-2000FX分析电镜和JEOL-2000EXⅡ高分辨电镜研究了经磁场热处理的Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9纳米晶中Fe(Si)固溶体晶粒的大小、形状、晶粒间的接触及取向关系,重元素的偏聚和非晶基体的有序性等微观结构。
In this paper, the size, shape, grain-to-grain contact and orientation relationship of Fe (001) Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 nanocrystallites in the Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 nanocrystallites were investigated by JEOL-2000FX and JEOL-2000EXⅡ high resolution electron microscopy. Segregation of heavy elements and the order of the amorphous matrix and other microstructures.
