据最近在全国建立现代企业制度试点工作座谈会上获悉的信息,一年来试点企业的公司制框架已初步形成。目前已有90户企业的方案得到批复,其中38户已正式挂牌运作。各试点企业,特别是改制为国有独资公司的试点企业,正在按母子公司体制,将部分二级单位或整个生产主体部分改建为多个股东出资设立的有限责任公司或股份有限公司。目前100户试点企业共组建了全资子公司584个,控股子公司437个,分公司310个,参股公司619个。
According to the information recently learned at the national pilot conference for the establishment of a modern enterprise system, the corporate system framework for pilot companies has taken shape over the past year. At present, plans for 90 companies have been approved, of which 38 have been officially listed. Pilot enterprises, especially pilot enterprises reformed into state-owned sole proprietorships, are transforming some of the secondary units or entire production main parts into limited liability companies or joint stock companies funded by a number of shareholders in accordance with the parent-subsidiary company system. At present, 100 pilot companies set up a total of 584 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 437 subsidiary companies, 310 branch companies, and 619 equity companies.
