新建的住宅区位于突尼斯城北面新扩充的一片坡地上。本图所示是该住宅区中的一幢六层住宅。中间单元布置3室户。尽端户为4-5室户,留有小天井。起居室面积较大,每户都有生活阳台及服务阳台。楼梯间设于单元中央,由顶部采光。暗浴厕,由管道通风。楼梯及浴厕集中于内部,外墙部分都用来布置居室及厨房,充分利用外墙,加大建筑物的进深,所以比较经济。框架结构,钢筋混凝土楼板。隔断墙用空心砖砌筑。
The newly built residential area is located on a newly expanded slope in the north of Tunis. This picture shows a six-story house in this residential area. The middle unit is equipped with 3 rooms.
