据宁夏回族自治区分行的一份数据资料显示:截止2001年12月末,该行不良贷款余额由1998年末的210931万元(五级分类结果)下降到目前的63180万元,下降了147751万元;不良率由1998年末的71.70% (五级清分结果)下降到目前的18.02%,下降了53.68个百分点。作为一个地处西北的分行,能在短短几年之内取得不良贷款额和不良率双双大幅下降的业绩,主要得益于该行坚定不移地贯彻总行党委的战略,始终站在资产质量能否明显改善直接关系到全行生存与发展的高度,发扬愚公移山的精神,咬定质量不放松,念好了清贷“四字”真经,即认准一个“真”字,突出一个“重”字,抓住一个“啃”字,把住一个“控”字。
