目的调查3～6岁幼儿视力异常情况,早期开展幼儿弱视防治,提高儿童眼保健意识。方法对1711名3～6岁幼儿视力筛查,视力低常者到我院眼科复查视力,进一步确诊、治疗。结果 1711名受检者中:395人视力异常,视力异常检出率为23.09%。弱视发病率为2.75%。结论弱视应重视,防治需早期发现、早诊断、早治疗是关键。
Objective To investigate the abnormal visual acuity of 3-6-year-old children and early prevention and treatment of amblyopia in children, so as to raise children’s eye health awareness. Methods A total of 1711 children aged 3 ~ 6 years old were screened for visual acuity. The patients with low visual acuity were examined by ophthalmology in our hospital for further diagnosis and treatment. Results Among the 1711 subjects, 395 had abnormal visual acuity, and the rate of abnormal visual acuity was 23.09%. The incidence of amblyopia was 2.75%. Conclusion Amblyopia should pay attention to prevention and treatment of early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment is the key.
