目的:探讨“6S”管理在外科护理中的应用成效。方法:将浙江省杭州市富阳区第二人民医院外科两个病区(四病区和六病区)分为“6S”组和传统组,每个病区各10名护理人员。四病区作为“6S”组,实行“6S”管理模式,六病区作为传统组,实行传统护理管理模式。两病区各选取2012年1月~2013年1月的50例外科患者作为调查对象,比较两组的护理质量(手术后感染情况、并发症、护理出错情况)和患者的满意度。结果:“6S”组在感染发生率、并发症出现率、护理出错情况方面均低于传统组,在患者满意度方面高于传统组。结论:“6S”管理模式可明显提高护理人员的护理质量和患者的满意度。
Objective: To explore the application of “6S” management in surgical nursing. Methods: The surgical ward (four wards and six wards) of Second People’s Hospital of Fuyang District in Hangzhou City were divided into “6S” group and traditional group. Each ward had 10 nurses. Four wards as “6S ” group, the implementation of “6S ” management model, six wards as a traditional group, the implementation of traditional nursing management. In the two wards, 50 surgical patients from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected as the survey subjects, and the quality of care (postoperative infection, complications, nursing mistakes) and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The “6S” group was lower than the traditional group in the incidence of infection, the incidence of complications and nursing errors, and was higher than the traditional group in patient satisfaction. Conclusion: “6S ” management model can significantly improve the nursing quality of care and patient satisfaction.
