采用一种新型磷-氮系阻燃剂与聚磷酸铵(APP)复配成膨胀型阻燃剂,对聚丙烯(PP)进行阻燃改性。研究了阻燃PP的阻燃性能、热分解过程及力学性能。结果表明:当复配阻燃剂添加量为30%时,阻燃改性PP的氧指数和垂直燃烧等级分别达到32.3%和UL94 V-0级,拉伸强度为37.4 MPa,缺口冲击强度为39.5 kJ/m2,并且具有很好的热稳定性。
A new type of phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant was compounded with ammonium polyphosphate (APP) into intumescent flame retardant to flame-retard the polypropylene (PP). Flame retardant properties, thermal decomposition process and mechanical properties of flame retardant PP were studied. The results showed that the oxygen index and the vertical burning degree of flame retardant modified PP reached 32.3% and UL94 V-0 respectively when the content of compounding flame retardant was 30%, the tensile strength was 37.4 MPa, the notched impact strength was 39.5 kJ / m2, and has good thermal stability.
