2005年9月13日,受云南省发展和改革委员会的委托,云南省工程咨询中心组织专家在云南省昆明市主持召开了云南省普渡河鲁基厂(邓子山一级)水电站工程预可行性研究报告评审会议。参加会议的有云南省发展和改革委员会、云南省国土资源厅、云南省林业厅、云南省水利厅、云南省环保局、云南省移民局,昆明市政府、昆明市发展计划委员会、云南省工程咨询中心、云南滇能(集团)控股公司、禄劝县人民政府、禄劝县发展计划局、滇能禄劝电磷开发有限公司(业主)、中水珠江规划勘测设计有限公司等单位的专家和代表共50余人。

(owner), Water Pearl River Planning Survey Design Co., Ltd. and other units of experts And on behalf of a total of more than 50 people.
