80名受试者均系海军潜艇学院学员,男性,年龄18~21岁,身体健康,无晕船史。受试者按潜水深度(8~10、18~20、28~30、38~40m)分为4组,每组20人,分别于受试前后30min内采肘静脉血检测。各实验日运动量与平时训练相近。4个潜水深度均在渤海湾某锚地实施。激素测定全部用放射免疫法。 结果:(1)下潜前后垂体激素的变化:GH在下潜后各深度均较下潜前显著升高(P<
