在海南省海口市云龙镇海南省林业科学研究所苗圃基地开展海南樱花扦插育苗试验,试验采用单因素和双因素随机区组设计,重复4次,研究50根穗条在不同浓度、不同基质下穗条不同部位生根数量。结果表明:0.02%浓度的1号ABT生根粉处理多年生和半木质化萌条的不同部位生根率16.5%~33%,以半木质化中部生根率最高,达到33%。不同生根粉浓度下(0.03%、0.04%、0.05%),浓度较高生根效果较好。而扦插基质的选择上应选择养分条件较好的红壤土进行。
