目的:探讨基层医院护士对患者生活自理能力评估的认知现状及影响因素,为提高护理人员的个人能力提供策略。方法:选取基层医院护士300名作为研究对象,采用乐清市人民医院自行设计的问卷调查表对其进行问卷调查,通过对结果的统计分析,探讨基层医院护士对患者生活自理能力评估的认知现状及影响因素。结果:基层医院护士对患者生活自理能力评估的认知较为贫乏,对患者生活自理能力评估能力较差,对患者生活自理能力评估的知识需求较高。经单因素分析,年龄、学历、职称、职务及工作年限是影响护士对患者生活自理能力评估认知度的相关因素,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基层医院护士对患者生活自理能力评估的认知度较低,受多种因素的共同影响,其中包括年龄、学历、职称、职务及工作年限等。
Objective: To explore the cognitive status and influencing factors of primary hospital nurses in assessing the patients’ self-care ability, and to provide strategies for improving nursing staff’s personal abilities. Methods: 300 grass-roots hospital nurses were selected as the research subjects, questionnaires were designed based on questionnaire designed by Yueqing People’s Hospital, and the statistical analysis of the results was used to investigate the cognitive status of grass-roots hospital nurses in assessing the patients’ self-care ability And influencing factors. Results: The grass-roots hospital nurses have poor cognition on patients ’self-care ability assessment, poor ability to evaluate patients’ self-care ability, and higher knowledge needs on self-care ability assessment. Univariate analysis, age, education, job title, job title and length of service were the related factors influencing the nurses ’cognition of patients’ self-care ability assessment. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The awareness of primary care nurses in assessing patients’ self-care ability is low, which is influenced by many factors, including age, academic record, job title, job title and working life.
