将“选择性析出”的学术思想运用到包钢稀选尾矿的提铌中,研究了改性处理对低铌尾矿中铌组分选择性富集的影响.实验结果表明,通过CO/CO2混合气体预还原、提高熔分温度、延长熔分时间、缓慢冷却有利于铌组分的选择性富集,同时铁及其它物相也出现一定程度的富集,其中铌组分向易解石富集的效果比较明显,富集度提高了2.5倍,这为以后的选矿创造了有利条件.
The application of the theory of “selective precipitation” to the niobium leaching in the lean tailings of Baotou Steel Co., Ltd. was used to study the effect of the modification treatment on the selective enrichment of niobium components in the low-niobium tailings. The experimental results show that, CO / CO2 mixed gas prereduction, increasing the melting temperature, extending the melting time, slow cooling is conducive to the selective enrichment of niobium components, while iron and other phases also showed a certain degree of enrichment, of which niobium component The effect of calcite enrichment is obvious, enrichment increased by 2.5 times, which has created favorable conditions for the future beneficiation.
