本文采用APDC—MIBK溶剂萃取一石墨管原子吸收分光光度法测定海水中痕量银。选择了萃取条件并试验了干扰情况。本方法检测限为0.003ppb·对银回收率为95—100%。对含银为0.05ppb和0.10ppb的两份天然海水样品进行六次平行测定,其相对标准偏差分别为3.0%和3.8%。利用本方法测定了厦门九龙江河口水中银的含量,结果表明,本河口溶解态银含量变化范围为0.02—0.20ppb。在低盐度(<8.6%)下,溶解态银含量随盐度增大而增大,而在较高盐度下,银的行为是保守的。
In this paper, APDC-MIBK solvent extraction of a graphite tube atomic absorption spectrophotometry for the determination of trace silver in seawater. The extraction conditions were selected and tested for interference. The detection limit of this method is 0.003ppb · silver recovery rate of 95-100%. Six parallel determinations of two native seawater samples containing 0.05 ppb and 0.10 ppb of silver showed relative standard deviations of 3.0% and 3.8%, respectively. The silver content in the water of Xiamen Jiulong River Estuary was measured by this method. The results showed that the dissolved silver content in this estuary ranged from 0.02 to 0.20 ppb. At low salinities (<8.6%), the dissolved silver content increases with salinity, whereas at higher salinity silver behaves conservatively.
