以协同辅助设计思想为指导,以计算机和可视化技术为手段,搭建了地铁车站综合管网三维冲突分析系统。该系统实现了地铁车站主要建、构筑物(包括综合管网、建筑、机电设备及电缆桥架)的三维建模,三维模型的属性管理及模型间的碰撞冲突检测与分析功能。应用该系统有效减少了专业间配合的差、漏、错、碰等问题,提高了设计质量,缩短了设计周期并间接节约了施工安装成本。
Guided by the synergetic assisting design idea, using computer and visualization technology as a means, a three-dimensional collision analysis system of subway station integrated pipe network was set up. The system realizes the three-dimensional modeling of main structures and structures (including integrated pipe network, building, mechanical and electrical equipment and cable tray), the attribute management of three-dimensional model and the collision detection and analysis function between models. The application of the system effectively reduces the problems of poor, leakage, fault and collision between professional staffs, improves the design quality, shortens the design cycle and indirectly saves construction and installation costs.
