科学技术的飞速发展,要求新一代的科学工作者,不仅要继承前一代科学家掌握的科学知识,而且还要通过自己的科学实践加以发展和提高,进而有新的发现。这就要求新培养的科学工作者所掌握的科学知识,无论从广度和深度上,都应该超过老一代的科学家。但是,高楼万丈平地起,要达到这个要求,我们的学生,必须在大学的学习阶段掌握好基础理论知识、近代科学实验的实验技能。只有这样,才能使我国在本世纪末赶上世界先进的科学技术水平。究竟怎样才能加强基础呢?谈几点个人的意见。 (一) 要改变教师队伍的结构。我们谈加强基础,不能就基础论基础,而必须涉及全面,要改变目前我国大学的教师队
