近日,中国社科院发布的《中国汽车社会发展报告2012—2013》引起了强烈关注。报告预计,到今年第一季度,中国私人汽车拥有量将破亿,10年左右每百户汽车拥有量将达到或接近60辆。私车过亿,标志着中国汽车大国地位的进一步确立。而汽车大国的身份则是一国经济发展、工业发达和百姓生活质量提高的集中表现。但同时,道路拥堵、空气污染、能源短缺和土地稀缺又使私车的快速增长饱受诟病。私车过亿,是喜是忧?
Recently, China Academy of Social Sciences released the “China Automotive Social Development Report 2012-2013” aroused strong concern. The report predicts that by the first quarter of this year, the private car ownership in China will be 1.0 billion and that the number of cars owned by each hundred in 10 years will reach or close to 60. Over a billion private cars, marking the further establishment of China’s auto power status. The identity of a big automobile country is a concentrated manifestation of a country’s economic development, industrial development and improvement of people’s living standards. At the same time, road congestion, air pollution, energy shortages and scarcity of land have caused criticisms of the rapid growth of private cars. Car over a hundred million, is hi like worry?
