人力资本在企业的经营管理活动中发挥着极为重要的作用,企业如何开展人力资本投资涉及对人力资本投资策略的选择。本文将现有的人力资本投资形式进行梳理分析,将企业的人力资本投资分为增值性人力资本投资和保值性人力资本投资,并组合成四种不同的企业人力资本投资策略。最后,运用木桶理论指出企业在进行人力资本投资策略选择时应注意的几个问题,尽可能地提高人力资本投资效能,从而提高企业核心竞争能力。
Human capital plays an extremely important role in the operation and management activities of enterprises. How enterprises carry out human capital investment involves the choice of human capital investment strategy. This paper will sort out the existing forms of human capital investment analysis, the enterprise’s human capital investment is divided into value-added human capital investment and value-added human capital investment, and combined into four different corporate human capital investment strategy. Finally, the author points out the problems that enterprises should pay attention to when choosing the strategy of human capital investment by using the barrel theory, and improves the efficiency of human capital investment as much as possible so as to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
