近年来市场经济的不断发展,工程建设行业也在不断地发展与进步。随着人们生活水平的提高,对建筑行业也提出了更多的要求,为适应社会的不断发展,建筑行业不断进行改革和创新管理模式。在建筑工程开发中,建筑工程管理是其中重要的环节,工程管理的优劣直接影响到建筑产品的质量与建筑工程整体成本的高低。本文针对创新模式在建筑工程管理中的应用进行探宄,分析其主要内容及对建筑工程管理的影响。
In recent years, the continuous development of market economy, engineering construction industry is also constantly developing and progressing. With the improvement of people’s living standards, more demands are placed on the construction industry. In order to meet the continuous development of the society, the construction industry constantly reforms and innovates the management mode. In the development of construction projects, construction project management is an important part of the project management, the merits of a direct impact on the quality of construction products and the overall cost of construction projects. This article probes into the application of innovation mode in construction project management and analyzes its main contents and its impact on construction project management.
