目的:对患者用药实施不同药学服务的影响的观察和探讨。方法:将我院2014年1月到12月期间收治的200例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各100例,前者给予传统取药模式,后者给予新型药学服务模式,对比两组患者用药的影响效果。结果:观察组患者的用药总依从率相比于对照组明显较高,而其不良反应发生率和药品差错率相比于对照组却明显较低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对患者用药实施新型药学服务模式,大大减少了患者用药过程中的不良反应发生率和差错事件发生率,有效的提高了患者的用药依从性,从而提高患者的治疗效果,值得临床推广了应用。
Objective: To observe and discuss the influence of different pharmacy services on patients’ medication. Methods: 200 patients admitted from January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 100 cases each. The former was given the traditional drug taking mode and the latter was given the new model of pharmacy service. Compared with the two groups, Effect of the effect. Results: The total compliance rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, but the incidence of adverse reactions and the error rate of the drugs were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05 ). Conclusion: The implementation of a new model of pharmacy service for patients with medication greatly reduces the incidence of adverse reactions and error events in the course of medication, effectively improves the compliance of patients with medication, thereby improving the therapeutic effect of the patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion application.
