1982年,世界卫生组织亚太区在菲律宾的马尼拉举行会议,讨论通过了针灸经穴名称的标准化方案,为针灸学走向世界扫清了道路。在这次会议精神的鼓舞下,国内外许多有识之士便开始酝酿中医翻译标准化的途径与方法。但由于中医翻译界长期以来处于封闭状态,译者之间缺乏必要的交流。因此直到现在对标准化的问题也未能形成一个系统的具体方案。多年来笔者一直关注着这方面的发展,并在实际的翻译工作中作了种种尝试。现根据自己的实践经验并结合国内外学者的意见,就中医翻译标准化的概念,原则与方法等问题提出几点
In 1982, WHO Asia-Pacific met in Manila, Philippines, to discuss and approve the adoption of a standardized program of acupuncture and moxibustion points to clear the way for acupuncture and moxibustion to go to the world. Inspired by the spirit of this conference, many people of insight both at home and abroad have started to deliberate on ways and means of standardization of TCM translation. However, as the Chinese translation profession has been closed for a long period of time, there is a lack of necessary communication between the translators. So until now the standardization of the problem also failed to form a systematic and specific programs. Over the years I have been concerned about the development of this area, and in the actual translation work made a variety of attempts. Based on my own practical experience and combined with the opinions of domestic and foreign scholars, I would like to make some suggestions on the concepts, principles and methods of TCM translation standardization
