地表沉降监测与控制是地铁隧道盾构施工中最关键的问题,以佛山市轨道交通2号线湾华~登州地铁区间盾构隧道施工监测技术为例,分析了监测的项目、方法、频率、报警值、控制标准、数据处理及反馈等技术,探讨了盾构施工过程地表沉降的影响因素及施工控制技术。对盾构施工过程中引起的地表沉降和管片结构变形进行了数值计算,研究结果可为其他相似工程提供一定的参考依据。
The monitoring and control of ground subsidence is the most crucial issue in the shield tunnel construction of subway tunnel. Taking the construction monitoring technology of shield tunnel in Wanhua-Dengzhou metro section of Foshan Metro Line 2 as an example, the monitoring items, methods, frequency , Alarm value, control standard, data processing and feedback technology were discussed. The influencing factors of surface settlement and construction control technology were discussed. The ground settlement caused by the shield construction and the deformation of the pipe structure are numerically calculated. The research results can provide some references for other similar projects.
