全苏地质技术联合公司专门工艺设计局伏罗希洛夫分局研制成了反循环信号器,其结构如图所示,主要零件有接头(1),壳体(2),活塞(4和5),弹簧(6),调节垫圈(7),针阀(8)和喷咀(9)等。活塞(4)的行程受两个销钉(3)限制,而活塞(5)的行程则受壳体台阶限制。该信号器与ГРЭС-59型反循环钻具(译者注:这是一种专门配用ГВ-5、ГВ-6型高频液动冲击器进行液动冲击反循环钻进的钻具。)配用,可以有效地预防反循环钻进的烧钻问题。
