喉癌作为恶性实体肿瘤,化学药物疗法在其综合治疗中扮演着日益重要的角色,但多药耐药(MDR)的产生成为导致化疗失败的主要原因。研究表明,多药耐药基因蛋白P-gp和ABCG2在喉癌的MDR中起着重要作用,P-gp和ABCG2之间或正或负呈相关性,其相关信号通路(M APK)与P-gp和ABCG2在肿瘤中的表达也有一定的相关性,但其调控因素及如何由此提高化疗效果有待进一步研究。
