The most fundamental element of the “three represents” is to represent the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people. This is the starting point and the foothold of all the work of the Communists and the ultimate goal of the “three represents.” Only by keeping in mind the party’s purpose, serving the people wholeheartedly, and consciously doing good and deeds good things for the people and the masses can we enhance the party’s cohesion and appeal.
