采用应力松弛方法,研究了Ll_2型结构Al_3Ti(+9.7Fe)合金形变过程中形变诱导析出Al_2Ti沉淀相的现象,发现Al_2Ti析出是合金室,中温下表现为它是脆性断裂的主要原因。用TEM方法,研究了Al_2Ti析出相与Ll_2型基体的位向关系,表明Al_2Ti的惯析面为{100}面。
The stress relaxation method was used to study the phenomenon of precipitation induced precipitation of Al 2 Ti during Al_3Ti (+ 9.7Fe) alloy deformation. It is found that Al_2Ti precipitation is an alloy chamber, which is the main reason of brittle fracture at medium temperature. The orientation relationship between Al 2 Ti precipitates and Ll 2 matrix was studied by TEM, which shows that the inertial plane of Al 2 Ti is {100} plane.
