屋面承重结构是单层工业厂房的一个重要部分,占总造价的10~20%。从工艺上来考虑,大跨度厂房有不少优点:布置灵活,面积利用好。但厂房能否应用大跨度主要取决于屋面承重结构的经济合理性和技术可能性。随着予应力鋼筋混凝土结构和壳体结构的发展,大跨度屋面结构在经济上的合理性愈来愈多地得到了证明,毫无疑问,我国在短期内也会在这方面取得巨大的成就。但是在目前,除了几个重点工地之外,予应力构件的施工还有问题,材料、机具都有一定的困难。因此,如何结合目前情况正确合理地选用屋面承重结构还是一个值得商讨的问题。现将一些不成熟的看法提供大家参考。
