采用阴极电泳沉积技术在烧结钕铁硼磁体表面制备了碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合涂层,利用扫描电子显微镜、拉曼光谱仪、电化学工作站、稀硫酸浸泡试验、盐雾试验、PCT试验、拉伸试验、划线格试验和铅笔硬度计分析了涂层的表面形貌、耐腐蚀性能和力学性能。结果表明,复合涂层表面光滑平整,无宏观缺陷,碳纳米管均匀弥散地镶嵌在环氧树脂涂层中;碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合涂层能有效提高烧结钕铁硼永磁材料的耐腐蚀性能;而且,碳纳米管有效地提高了涂层的力学性能。
Carbon nanotubes / epoxy composite coatings were prepared on the surface of sintered NdFeB magnets by cathodic electrophoretic deposition technique. The properties of the coating were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, electrochemical workstation, dilute sulfuric acid immersion test, salt spray test, PCT test, Tensile test, crossed line test and pencil hardness tester were used to analyze the surface morphology, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the coatings. The results show that the surface of the composite coating is smooth and smooth, without macroscopic defects, and the carbon nanotubes are uniformly and dispersedly embedded in the epoxy resin coating. The carbon nanotube / epoxy composite coating can effectively improve the performance of the sintered NdFeB permanent magnet material Corrosion resistance; Moreover, carbon nanotubes effectively improve the mechanical properties of the coating.
