Tableware disinfection is an important part of the health care industry, but also an important measure to control intestinal infectious diseases. In order to fully understand the status of food and beverage tableware disinfection in our city, in December 2005, the Health Supervision Office of Fuyang Health Bureau conducted a monitoring of the disinfection effect of tableware on 79 catering units in the city. In this paper, the monitoring results of research and analysis, and explore ways to improve the pass rate of tableware disinfection effective measures. As reported
