电子商务是一种将信息技术广泛深入应用企业研究开发、采购、物流、生产、营销等经济活动中而形成的崭新商务模式。该文认为,它改变了资源结构,行为主体间地位、角色、权利关系以及行为主体间的沟通方式,进而深刻影响了企业传统经济行为,提高了企业经济效率、降低了交易成本。与此同时,也带来了利益格局失调和心理失衡等问题。电子商务的发展给经济学、管理学和社会心理学等提出了新课题。——编者
E-commerce is a new business model formed by extensively applying information technology to the economic activities of enterprises such as R & D, procurement, logistics, production and marketing. This paper argues that it has changed the structure of resources, the status, the role, the relationship between rights and the communication between actors, thus affecting the traditional economic behavior of enterprises, improving the economic efficiency of enterprises and reducing the transaction costs. At the same time, it also brought issues such as disorderly interests and psychological imbalances. The development of e-commerce has brought new topics to economics, management science and social psychology. --editor
