大庆油田随着开发的不断深入,地下形势日益严峻,对地面工艺要求也越来越高。二合一加热炉作为油田开发的辅助设备被广泛应用于油田集输过程。随着油田开发不断深入,采出液性质发生很大变化,含蜡升高,含聚浓度逐年增加。由于目前加热炉大都采用采出液分离出的污水,使得加热炉火管运行环境日益恶劣。同时,机采井井筒热洗清蜡的温度要求越来越高,增加了加热炉负荷,使得加热炉火管的使用寿命缩短。近几年一些经过大修的二合一加热炉使用甚至不到一年就要上二次大修,严重影响正常生产,增加能耗,间接制约了油田的开发,耗费大量的资金。针对中转站二合一火管的损坏情况,从加热水质、燃烧器使用等方面进行了分析,提出了加热炉改造的思路。

Two-in-one furnace as an auxiliary equipment for oilfield development is widely used in the oil gathering process. With the deepening of oilfield development, the properties of produced fluids have changed greatly, the wax content increases, and the concentration of polycondensate increases year by year. Due to the current heating furnace used mostly produced by the separation of sewage effluent, making the heating furnace tube operating environment is increasingly harsh. At the same time, machine-mining shaft temperature hot cleaning paraffin wax higher and higher, increasing the furnace load, making the life of the furnace tube life shortened. In recent years, some repaired 2-in-1 furnaces have even undergone secondary overhauls in less than a year, seriously affecting normal production and increasing energy consumption, indirectly restricting the development of oilfields and consuming large amounts of funds. According to the damage situation of the two-in-one fire-tube of the transfer station, this paper analyzes the heating water quality and the use of the burner, and puts forward the idea of reheating the heating furnace.
