On January 9, 2016, the annual meeting of Chinese Physicians 2016 Physicians was held in Beijing. The meeting revealed that this year the association will actively promote “injury to the doctor ”. At present, the “Interpretation on Some Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Medical Disputed Liability Dispute Cases (Draft for Comment)” is being solicited by the NPC Law Work Committee. The “interpretation” is aimed at the rational distribution of medical risks and the establishment of mutual trust and understanding of patients relationship. Zhang Yanling, president of the Chinese Medical Association, said the association actively promoted self-protection in the industry and set up a research center on patient safety and doctor-patient relationship with Peking University to promote the establishment of a national blacklist system for illegal medical practice. In the administrative departments,
