目的优化中药车前草中多酚类成分的提取工艺,并且进行抗氧化活性评价试验。方法利用正交试验,考察提取次数、提取时间和料液比。利用乙醇损伤氧化动物模型,以动物血浆中脂质氧化产物蛋白质羰基、超氧化物歧化酶活力和还原性谷胱甘肽含量为评价指标,评价车前草提取物的体内抗氧化活性。结果车前草中多酚类化合物的最佳提取工艺为提取3次,每次20min,料液比为10∶1。动物模型评价结果表明车前草提取物具有一定的抗氧化活性。结论应用优化的工艺可以实现提取多酚的效率的最大化,所获得的提取物具有一定的抗氧化活性。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of polyphenols from the plantain of Chinese traditional medicine, and to evaluate the antioxidant activity. Methods Using orthogonal test, the number of extraction, the extraction time and the ratio of solid to liquid were investigated. The antioxidant activity of the plantain extract was evaluated in animal model of ethanol-induced oxidative damage by using the protein carbonyls, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and reducing glutathione (GSH) contents of lipid oxidation products in animal plasma as evaluation indexes. Results The optimal extraction technology of polyphenols in plantago was extraction for 3 times for 20 minutes with a ratio of 10: 1. Animal model evaluation results show that the plantain extract has a certain antioxidant activity. Conclusion The optimization of the process can be achieved to maximize the efficiency of extraction of polyphenols, the extract obtained has a certain antioxidant activity.
