From a large number of relevant health manpower studies, it can be seen that indicators that reflect the status of the health workforce can be roughly divided into two categories: quantitative indicators and quality indicators. When assessing the status of the health and epidemic prevention workforce, people often first care about the number of existing health workers. The number of manpower indicators reflects the abundance of health and epidemic prevention personnel in a certain area or unit. Only by having a sufficient number of personnel can we ensure the provision of adequate health services and ensure the health
