我厂第二金工车间在技术革新运动中,由于认真的学习苏联先进经验,在车间内试验并推广了苏联先进刀具端铣刀,使生产效率提高十几倍,保证了车间生产任务的顺利完成。现将这种铣刀介绍如下:端铣刀的结构如图所示,这种铣刀的刀柄系用45号钢制成,刃部用P9钢,刃部和柄部并用焊接焊牢。表1是三种不同直径端铣刀的设计尺寸。这种铣刀的特点是:(1)齿数少:标准铣刀的齿数为5~6个,列昂诺夫铣刀的齿数是4~6个,而端铣刀的齿数一般为3个,最多不过4个,因此这种铣刀的刀齿强度高,能在超过规定的切削用量下工作。一般铣刀在减少齿数后会影响工件的表面光结度,只能控制在(?)_3~(?)_4之间;但端铣刀由于切削用量高,螺旋角大,切削时形成连续切
