旅游高技能人才培养质量对于旅游产业战略地位的实现十分关键。旅游高等职业教育应该成为旅游高技能人才培养的主体,但目前旅游高技能人才培养在数量、质量、培养目标、培养途径上都存在一定问题。通过创新旅游高技能人才培养模式、推进课程重组与教学方法创新、探索旅游高技能人才评价与激励机制、健全旅游高技能人才的保障与监管机制,加快推进旅游高技能人才培养。
The quality of tourism highly skilled personnel training is very crucial to the realization of the strategic position of tourism industry. Tourism higher vocational education should become the main body of tourism highly skilled personnel training. However, there are some problems in the current quantity, quality, training objectives and training methods of tourism highly skilled personnel training. Through innovative tourism high-skilled personnel training mode, promoting curriculum reorganization and teaching methods innovation, tourism high-skilled personnel to explore the evaluation and incentive mechanism, improve the tourism high-skilled personnel protection and supervision mechanism, and accelerate the development of tourism high-skilled personnel training.
