新钢炼铁厂7~#高炉主卷扬机两齿轮箱由于制造质量有问题,密封性差,漏油严重.原采用MoS_2与齿轮油配成半流体润滑剂的飞溅式润滑方式难以保证设备润滑良好,为此决定采用莱伯斯油气喷射润滑新技术.一、技术要点1.该系统是在油气润滑的基础上采用德国莱伯斯公司的先进技术,根据减速器齿轮运行特点而设计的,能喷射含固体成分且粘度较高、粘附力很强的润滑剂,可以精确控制齿轮润滑油所需剂量,且喷射精确、均匀.2.该油气喷射润滑系统的喷射时间可根据工况条件调节,能连续喷射,并可确保每个齿面都能均匀地覆盖一层润滑剂.同时,该系统还具有功能控制和故障报警装置,工作可靠,使用维护方便.
