我最初將少先队活动只看成是活躍一下少年儿童的生活,讓孩子們尽情的玩一玩,跳一跳的事儿,于是在活动时便放松了教育和指导。例如一次“跳繩踢毽子比賽”中队活动,这本来是很好的。可是,由于我放松了指导与教育,在活动时,有的队員不肯把毽子借给别人踢,便偷偷跑走了,还有女生为了跳繩的次数爭执起来,把繩都拖断了,这一活动不但沒有收到什么效果,相反的形成同学间的不团結。
