为探讨血压变化对颈淋巴结转移瘤组织血流的影响,建立了颈淋巴结转移的动物模型,并测定了不同血压状态下转移瘤组织血流。给20只雄性Donryu大鼠耳廓背侧移植AH109A癌细胞14天后,使用氢气清除法测定不同平均动脉压状态下的组织血流量。结果20只大鼠中有17只发生同侧颈淋巴结转移。其肝、脑及骨髓的血流量当升压至20kPa(1kPa=7.5mmHg)左右或降压至9.06kPa左右时均无明显变化(P>0.1);而颈淋巴结转移灶的组织血流量在正常血压(14.81±1.04kPa)时为1.42±0.48ml·kg-1/s(n=13),升压状态(18.93±0.92kPa)下血流量增多至3.45±1.33ml·kg-1/s(n=13,P<0.05),降压状态(8.84±0.63kPa)下血流量骤然减少至0.55±0.25ml·kg-1/s(n=13,P<0.05),近乎于血流停止。结论:颈淋巴结转移瘤组织血流可随血压变化增多或减少。依此可望提高化疗效果。
To investigate the effect of blood pressure changes on blood flow in cervical lymph node metastases, an animal model of cervical lymph node metastasis was established and the blood flow of the metastatic tumors under different blood pressure conditions was determined. AH109A cancer cells were transplanted into the dorsal side of the ear of 20 male Donryu rats for 14 days. The tissue blood flow at different mean arterial pressures was measured by hydrogen gas scavenging. Results Seventeen of 20 rats developed ipsilateral cervical lymph node metastasis. The blood flow of the liver, brain and bone marrow did not change significantly (P>0.1) when the blood flow was increased to about 20 kPa (1 kPa = 7.5 mmHg) or decreased to about 9.06 kPa; however, the tissue of the cervical lymph node metastases The blood flow was 1.42±0.48ml·kg-1/s (n=13) at normal blood pressure (14.81±1.04kPa) and blood flow at step-up (18.93±0.92kPa). Increased to 3.45±1.33 ml·kg-1/s (n=13, P<0.05), and blood flow decreased rapidly to 0.55±0 in step-down state (8.84±0.63kPa) .25 ml·kg-1/s (n=13, P<0.05), almost to stop blood flow. Conclusion: The blood flow of cervical lymph node metastases can increase or decrease with changes in blood pressure. It is expected to increase the effect of chemotherapy.
