近年来,莱西市公路管理局在工程建设中始终把抓好“质量、进度、安全、效益”四项重要指标的落实贯穿工程建设全过程,并围绕这四项指标,在工程施工战线,大力开展“文明生产创优质工程”活动,建立了局长亲自抓,分管领导靠上抓,市局监理,全质办、工程科具体抓的工程管理监督体系,落实了“质量合同”、“安全合同”、“廉政合同”的签订,成立了招投标工作领导小组,认真研究投标程序,从组织准备,标书的制作到最后参与投标,环环相扣,一丝不苟。
